As your Independent candidate for Governor, my efforts will go toward bringing sustainable, long-term employment to the State, ensure the citizens of Texas feel safe in their communities and work hard toward reforming school funding.

One of my goals is to promote vocational, entrepreneurship and technical training for children once they enter middle school. This is a valuable tool to help decrease the unemployment rate in Texas over the next decade. This will be a great benefit to the state, communities and schools by reducing dropout rates, teen pregnancy and criminal activity while encouraging community activism.

All Texans should have access to affordable healthcare. This should be a bipartisan agenda that will help all the citizens of Texas have a better quality of life. I am ready to sit down with both parties and find a compromise that can move Texas forward together.

As a (Retired) Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, I have managed projects at the Battalion, Brigade and Division levels. This experience was invaluable. I am prepared to work with an unbiased opinion to move Texas from good to great.

Thank you,

Byron Abraham Bradford
